Maxim Wijngaards (oprichter)

Physiotherapist

As a physiotherapist, I believe that movement is the key to recovery and well-being. In my practice, I create an environment where patients feel comfortable and receive the right support throughout their healing process.

My holistic approach allows me to look beyond the visible symptoms. As a specialist in dry needling and various manual techniques, I can effectively release blockages in the body and offer treatments that are perfectly tailored to each patient's specific needs.

I specialise in treating (elite) athletes and sports injuries, using my expertise to promote both fast recovery and optimal performance.

I warmly invite you to get in touch and work together on your recovery.

Jaime van der Lugt

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

As a physiotherapist, I take a holistic approach in which collaboration between patient and therapist is key. With my background as a former elite athlete, breathing coach, and passionate movement enthusiast, I understand how essential a well-functioning body is.

I see an injury or physical complaint as an invitation to slow down and consciously explore what isn’t functioning optimally. It’s an opportunity to develop a deeper connection with your body and to truly inhabit it with awareness.
When you actively experience the role you play in your own healing process, you achieve lasting and optimal results. To support you in this as effectively as possible, I use a range of methods including dry needling, (myo)fascial techniques, breath coaching, physical training, bodywork, and coaching.

Shane McNulty

Osteopath

Two years before starting my physiotherapy studies, I focused intensely on my fitness career, where my fascination with the human body began to grow. This passion led me to begin studying physiotherapy in 2013. Although I learned a great deal about recovery and rehabilitation, I continued to search for deeper insights into the root causes and treatment of physical complaints.

After an inspiring shadowing day, I chose to study osteopathy at the International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO), where I earned my Master of Science and D.O. between 2019 and 2023. During this program, I developed a deeper understanding of how the entire body is interconnected, refined my skills, and learned to effectively treat a wide range of complaints.

I continuously deepen my knowledge of new treatment methods and scientific insights to keep improving the quality of care. Together, we’ll explore the root cause of your complaints and find the best way to address them.

Yannick Pelder

My work revolves around understanding the body in motion. With nearly ten years of experience as a physiotherapist and several years as a CrossFit coach, I have learned how important the balance between load and recovery is.

I do not only treat the spot where the pain is, but look more broadly. How do you move? How do you recover? And what role do sleep, nutrition and stress play in this? By taking these factors into account, there is room for lasting change instead of temporary relief.

In my treatments, I combine active rehabilitation with manual techniques and dry needling to restore freedom of movement and allow the body to function efficiently again. At the same time, I work together with clients on insight and independence, so that they not only recover, but also become stronger and more resilient.

My goal is for people to feel confident in their body and take control of their own health, both now and in the long term.

Wesley van Weerdenburg

Osteopath

The human body has always fascinated me. Driven by that passion, I studied physiotherapy at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where I graduated in 2015.

I worked as a physiotherapist for three years, but my curiosity about the deeper causes of complaints led me further. Osteopathy offered the holistic approach I was looking for, and after five years of study at The International Academy of Osteopathy, I earned my master’s degree.

In my practice, I enjoy working every day to unravel the puzzle behind physical complaints — so you can function at your best again.

Maud Hink

ORTHOMOLECULAIR THERAPIST

I'm Maud, and I'm an orthomolecular therapist at Studio Motum. After struggling with many personal health issues, I found my answers in the world of alternative medicine. Orthomolecular therapy helped me restore balance in my body and resolve my ailments. I wanted others to benefit from what I had learned, so after completing several courses of study, I became an orthomolecular therapist myself. Now, I support my own clients in areas such as nutrition, mindset, biorhythm, hormones, sleep, stress, supplements, and living environment.

I believe that the various (alternative) healthcare disciplines complement each other and can lead to optimal health for everyone.
